Ordered something I’ve never ordered before, knowing when I ordered it it was gonna need a fork or spoon to eat it. Pay for my order, get handed it, look in the bag no utensils, I ask the kid at the window for a fork, immediate reply, “we are out of forks and spoons but we have knives!” So he sold me an item needing a spoon or fork to eat it knowing full well they were out of utensils and didn’t feel the need to say anything ahead of time. Customer service has sure went down hill!
A while back I gave this location 4 stars. I've had to change that because the last 5 or 6 times that I've tried to get food here I haven't been able to. Either it's system update time, time to clean or they're out of menu items with no substitutions. I won't be going back any time soon. It sucks because their breakfast is pretty good for the price, but I'm just tired of the disappointment of not being able to get food there.
The munchie meal is a good value but other than that the rest of the Jack menu is WAY over priced like all fast food. There is no notable value menu. The budget burgers are over $3 and most burgers are $7 and the meals are $10 to $13!!!! Where are the $1-$2 basic value menu items? Cost of living has expediently rose well beyond income to the point that there is nothing cheap or affordable about fast food. I would rather go to main street grill or any number of local restaurants and get GOOD food for the same amount or even less $$ than fast food.
My usual experience at this JITB is long wait time, average food at best when they get your order right and average customer service. But tonight....ah, you got it right. I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes, my order was fresh and delicious and the young lady at the window was excellent. Keep it up, folks..... PLEASE!
When we got home the order was wrong. And this was after they forgot part of the order. One sandwich had sauce, wasn't supposed to. Another sandwich was just the wrong sandwich. And honestly, the patty size seems smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. The property itself needs kept up better. And the person in front of me sat there for 5 minutes. The way the sped out, I am assuming they were never helped. Also, employees were cussing up a storm when I walked back in to grab my missing food. Management needs to go. These types of behaviors come from the top down..
Great staff, we arrived in town late at night and were happy to find a JITB, staff was very friendly and whoever took my order was also very entertaining a fun interaction after a very long drive. Food came out perfect we were very happy with all of our order.Food: 5/5
I just came through the drive thru. There was no one behind me they had me pull forward. I waited over 5 minutes for my food. It was completely cold. No warmth at all. Tryed it before I pulled out. Should have went back. Terrible food and service.
Staff is unprofessional even at a fastfood level. Sometimes you wait literally 30 min for them to give you burnt food. Someone got shot at drive thru window many years ago jack in the box played it like nothin happened Kid-friendliness: Kids meals
I came in to order and they said their system was updating so I came back an hour later and they said the same thing again. I'm a very patient person I was fine waiting because it can't be helped but if the update takes longer than an hour then you need to fix your system so it updates faster than that. It's very disappointing. I sat in the parking lot the whole time too and I saw several other vehicles leave which means they lost several customers for the night because their system was taking so long.
Years of hoping I won't be disappointed and I always am. Horrible quality, extremely long waits, employees that don't care. I can't imagine the owner cares at all either. Jack in the box is good when you need it, but this location ruins it every time. It's unbelievable. Please don't give these people your business.
