With 3 workers in the back and a manager doing an interview in the front, I waited patiently for 5 minutes, no one asked to serve me, so I waved and left. How busy wete they? There was one other customer and 1 drive-true customer at 10:30am. Thank you TB
I work nights so when I get off work at 7am, I want dinner. The staff is polite and goes beyond to help make my order. I love it that I can have a couple of tacos in the morning.
Came in for a quick take out. Ordered and 30 minutes passed. Two groups of people got food in front of me, as well as a pile of drive through. Ridiculous
The young man at the counter was so positive and pleasant it was hard to believe in today's " I don't want to work" world. Very much enjoyed the experience. His name is Hunter.
This Taco Bell restaurant, located in Lewiston Idaho is one of the best Taco bell's I've ever been to. There's usually a line, cuz they're so popular but it's never a long wait. The food is pretty good majority of the time but it's almost like you're an inconvenience if you decide to go in and order. Went in this evening for dinner for my family and felt like I was "in the way" of what they were doing or "inconveniencing" staff that I came in to order instead of hitting the drive thru. I was told to "Use the kiosk or wait a little while til somebody could get to me". I felt very uncomfortable and almost like I needed to apologize for coming in the store. Matter fact, I did apologize to the lady in the black shirt when she finally came to take my order. I explained that I was using cash this time and not a card so I couldnt use kiosk. Idk, it was just a very uncomfortable experience
Good food but consistently adds random sauces to my burritos when none are selected:

Food quality, and quantity is inconsistent. Example order two of the same items and one barely has any meat in it. Today hung up a sign dining room will reopen at 5pm. It's almost 6pm still closed.
Terrible service. Long waits. Literally didn’t put half our food in our drive through order. Go to the one in Clarkston.
