I have to say I was absolutely surprised and shocked and so overwhelmingly pleased with our visit to this pizza hut. We're not from the area and inadvertently ordered a pizza which we thought was a pan pizza but was not. They had forgotten to put our order in in the pizza got rushed and really was not up to par and they replaced it for us. The service staff were stupendous! They were kind attentive apologetic that they had forgotten to put our pizza order in and even with that we're still top-notch. I was happy to have come into dine in and saw that everyone in their establishment was getting equally great service. That's so nice to see! Thank you for a great visit
This is a review for your ONLINE ORDERING APP, Not your pizza~ I tried to order on my phone app, attempting to redeem points for pizza and it would not allow me to use my points. I went to my computer to try online and again, got the message the points were not available for use at that time! Why have a Rewards Program if we cannot use it? I love Pizza Hut pizza best but if this continues, I will use Dominos instead. Their app works!
The service was fast and friendly. That is the only good thing about tonight's order. The breadsticks were so overbaked that they were both hard and chewy. Not exactly sure how they managed that. We ordered 2 pizzas and I don't believe there was any pizza sauce on the pizza. The toppings were nonexistent and the Canadian Bacon really didn't taste all that great All in all, I'm really disappointed that I spent over $70.00 on subpar pizza for my family. Grocery store pizza tastes better and is more than half the price.
A couple of minutes after ordering delivery online, I got a text saying that door dash was bringing it which I really didn't care for. I left a tip and that went to the driver luckily, but the pizza took almost an hour to get to me despite them foisting the order off somewhere else. By the time my pizza came it tasted old and was obviously left under a heat lamp. I also ordered extra sauce which was not added and the pizza was dry as a bone. I'm honestly surprised that the order was even correct considering every time I order wings, they're the wrong flavor. I paid $10 in fees making the total $24 for one pizza which is outrageous. I have no idea where my delivery fee went for this past order. I paid $5 for delivery only to have them tell me my order went to door dash. I also noticed that if I don't tip at least 18%, my pizza will be late and old. It's happened more than once. I grew up loving pizza hut but it's been disappointing over these last few years. I am done ordering from this location.
We always get our pizza from Pizza Hut and the last one we got a week ago was not very good. We ordered a Supreme hand tossed and there was hardly any toppings on it. Very disappointed and hope our next one is better. Thank you.
Came in with a group of family members, the waitress was amazing. So kind, patient even with all the kiddos we had. Didnt catch her name but she was awesome.
I know a few people seemed to have bad experiences, but my experience today wasn't bad at all. Would recommend if you are looking at something quick to eat that has high quality taste.
Done with this store! I've been a faithful customer of Pizza Hut for more than 20 years, but I've never seen a store one so incompetently. I had a complete a couple weeks ago and Amanda was nice enough to send me a card in the mail for a complimentary lunch or dinner I'm at Walmart currently I remembered I have the coupon at home so I tried to call the store and asked if I can use it for order for dinner they said you sure. I ordered I was going to give them my debit card for to pay for the difference that the card didn't pay for, I was asked a total of five times with the card number was I told them I didn't have a card number because there wasn't one on there. And I can hear another employee in the background question me. "What card?!...by who??.... what's the number on it??" I was asked if I had card with me. I told the kid on phone 6th time that I didn't have it on me. He said to me, "unfortunately, if you don't have the car on you you can only take your debit card for payment..." At this point I lost Patience and hung up.. you guys ain't going to get any more money on me. Your store is actually trying to trick me into paying with my card even though I have a gift card from you?! Wow ..
FANTASTIC Ordered specialty and a few other items Driver called to confirm location and was eating within 15 minutes of on-line order. Driver was great!!
Lately, our orders have been 100% complete and how it's supposed to be. The one time that my order was wrong recently, the team took care of the problem and delivered the correct wings and sauces before the pizza even cooled down!
