Unfortunately, this restaurant is always slow no matter what time of day or how many cars. 4 times in a row now they give me a diet Coke instead of regular Coke...and nothing in my order sounds anything remotely close to the word diet...I've worked fast food, back before you had big buttons that tell you how to do your job on a touch screen and I have no idea, other than the complete lack of work pride or ethic, why things that take less than 2 minutes to make, takes 20 minutes to get and it's normally warm not hot.
horrible experience. Nothing works, and that includes the employees, almost got into an accident because of one of them ignoring us at the window. Was able to get nothing we wanted. Would rather go to center street and get a mouse in our food.
Calling this restaurant “fast food” is an insult to the word fast. Every time I go to this McDonalds I am forced to wait 10-15 minutes for my burger… it’s a burger place! Why are there none pre-cooked?!? On top of the ridiculous wait for burgers there is almost always a line of cars out of the parking lot. I can’t help but think that if they made a few burgers ahead of time and were able to get the food out quicker, their line might be shorter… but logic has no place in the fast food industry. 100% would recommend going somewhere else. This place has lost my business.
I spent $38 on 4 people two happy meals that I had to go back inside bc it had no toy in either one, after I already went a few miles down the road also one of their chicken sandwich meals I believe 4a the chicken wasn't even edible, but the roll it was on was. Idk I hate to complain really but to be honest I wasn't happy with the meal at all. The staff was VERY kind so I am just thinking it was an off day. I am sure I will be back and hopefully it's a better experience
Ordered a big Mac, got a lettuce sandwich with one meat patty. Asked for honey mustard, cashier said so sweet and sour, I said again honey mustard, I got sweet and sour. Ordered two cheeseburgers, got no cheeseburgers, and was rudely told to drive around again or go inside. Ordered two large meals got a medium drink with one. I wouldn't have cared about most of the screw ups but to get attitude about my order not being correct is ridiculous. I'd rather get suboxone in my Happ Meal in Auburn.
I must start off with how horribly I feel to give such a terrible rating but in God's all honesty this was by far the most horrendous service I've ever experienced from a McDonald's and I've had pretty bad experiences before but this one takes the cake. I tried ordering online as per usual and not only did my order get run in very very incorrectly at the window because of cashier error but I didn't even receive the phone amounts of food and the kicker is I went through the drive-thru twice because I wanted a coffee after I ate because I had ordered a Big Mac a 10-piece nuggets a Danish and a soda but what I received and what I paid for I should say was for two danishes and two 10-piece nuggets and I only got one of the danishes. Could they fix this conundrum or issue for me? The answer was no and quite blatant at that and I must say how horrific it was to find my second Danish not even bagged with the other one or even in my order at all.
Asked customer rep for a receipt, she threw it in the garbage and walked away. Then came back and told me to drive to the next window to get my order. I told her again I wanted my receipt. She said she threw it away. I told her again, I want my receipt. She finally gave it to me. She has an Attitude problem. The food was very good. Too bad the service wasn’t.
This McDonalds has and has had some of the worst problem with getting good help. By paying a little more for good help they could turn it around. But they still try to run it into the ground by chancing nothing.
I haven't had any problems with this place and the food was hot every time when I went double check your sauces and extras you asked for that's a given even if I waited in line in the drive thru the food was more than worth the wait Kid-friendliness: Happy meals and kid friendly portions Parking: Huge parking lot you could even park a bus or two in there
Prices are ridiculous for fast food two meals and a order of French fries was almost $50. I will not be frequenting any McDonald's going forward. I can go to a restaurant and get far superior food for lessFood: 1/5
