The services exceptionally good‼ The food is prepared quickly. The only thing I could suggest is that they do a little better job cleaning the floors and tables. They seem to get a really good lunch rush and that's when it's the dirtiest. The drive-through is super fast and the orders are always accurate! For one of the older fast food restaurants in town there's still one of my favorites!
For fast food, Wendy's is one of the best! Higher quality food. This can mean a little longer wait times, but it is worth it. Their breakfast is very good, and some of their deals, especially the 5 dollar biggie bag is one of the best values of food you can get! So choose Wendy's next time you are thinking of a burger or breakfast instead of McDonald's.
Just left Wendy's. I ordered a $6 biggie bag. There was one person in front of me, no one behind me and looked slow inside, so why would there be any reason for me to pull forward and wait another 4 mins, then my bacon was missing from my burger and I stead of getting the ranch I asked for I got sweet and sour. I don't recommend spending your money here.
Easy parking, available restroom, full Wendy's menu, good sized dining area. Was empty when I walked in so quick service and the burger was hot and good. Enjoy!Food: 4/5
I like Wendy's burgers better than most other fast food burgers, and my burger was pretty good and made to order. Their service was struggling though as our Frosty was missing, resulting in one return trip to the counter and our sour cream & chives potato didn't come with any sour cream, resulting in another trip to the counter. One of the staff was wiping down tables while we were there, which I appreciated.
Great Restaurant!! Good food, great staff, honest, and hard to beat burgers! Had a small problem with an order, I gave Eric, the GM a call. He was honest, helpful, and very efficient. Highly recommend this Wendy's for its great people!! Edit: We waited a long while for the free food vouchers we we're promised by the GM, due to their mistake. We never recieved them. So, I am editing my review from 5 stars to 3. Usually they are fast and efficient, but don't hold them to their word.
Food was hot and fresh! Bacon was awesome. Customer service was really good! Clean restaurant, condiments stocked! Less than 5 min wait time inside.Food: 5/5

Whatever the focus is at Wendy's it surly isn't customer service! I recommend only eating there if you have plenty of time to kill and nothing better to do than wait for food. The employees run around with no idea what end is up this is the perfect example of unorganized team work, when the employees have the look of being lost it doesn't inspire confidence in getting what you ordered.
Always great food and service. Open late in Lewiston. One of the few places that stays open late. Never had a order messed up. Also never had bad food It's always fresh and tasty. Some days they serve biscuits and gravy. I have yet to try them but I'm sure they are good. Easy access off of 21st. Right next to Harbor freight and the vacant Kmart. Dave's double is always amazing.
