Great service, ordered through the app which I love to use! I was, however, very disappointed with the "bacon double cheesy Jack" pictured below! Will never spend $6 on this burger that should half the price and located on the children's menu! The two for .99 tacos filled me up more!
It was 2:30 in the morning and me and some friends rolled up to Jack in the Box in desperate want of food. The drive thru worker Nate! was super helpful and cool. He got our order and was polite and fun. Nate, you're the best and that Jack in the Box wouldn't work without you!
If I could rate less than one star, I would. Worst customer service we’ve ever received. The lady in the drive through was very rude and rushed us with so much sass it was mind blowing. Keep in mind that we are in our early 20s and still thought this was so extremely rude. The most simple basic customer service skills were non-existent. My boyfriend is one of those people that really avoids any and all conflict…and even he had to throw out a small “im gettin there!” because this lady was so rude, interrupting, and rushing. There were also 30-40 second silence moments where we were sure she had just disappeared and then reappeared rushing us through it again. Mind you, we only ordered two munchie meals…that’s it! Super basic. On top of it all the sprite was literally soda water and that’s it. We probably won’t be coming back any time soon.
I’ve ordered from here like 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times the order had been wrong. No other fast food restaurant in this town has had this problem this frequently except you all. For an example I ordered a large ultimate cheeseburger combo and I got a “extreme sausage” burger. Like seriously?
While staff members are friendly, they rarely get orders right. Every time I have gone there’s been no napkins or sauces in the bags and orders are always incorrect, despite confirming multiple times. And 9/10 times they’re out of what you actually want.
Jack was good before the pandemic, yes sometimes people were descretly sleeping in the Lobby, but it was open and you could order food there. What's the point of being open 24/7 if no one but non-existent car traffic can order! :- Parking: Dedicated parking lot, plenty of parking.
Service is hit and miss, but if you drive through late at night and get the guys with tattoos you are going to be impressed. They were very friendly, made the food well, and made me smile.
I have had at least 2 bad experiences going to this location, but this is my first time leaving a review. On one instance I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru and was asked for my order at the speaker box as usual, but then was cut off mid ordering when the drive thru person said “hold on I’ll be back in a few minutes.” So I wait about five minutes just to be told that the place was closing early due to short staffing. So I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes without getting to order food because I was stuck in the line and there were about 3 cars ahead of me. I was LIVID. I have gotten bad fries from this place as well, but I can’t believe what happened today. I ordered a side salad and opened up the container to see soggy, runny, brown lettuce. I am disgusted that no one checked to see if that salad was fresh. I see a lot of bad reviews for this place and I totally understand why
Yuck. We used to love Jack in the Box but recently the food has been horrible. The Fish Sandwich is gross. It's a small square frozen fish "stick" that tastes horrible. In all the years I've been going to Jack in the Box all over WA State and order "curly fries"... I rarely get actual curly fries. For some reason I always get ends and fries that don't have any actual curl to them. On the rare occasion there is a curly fry in my order it's a death match between my wife and kids as to who gets it. It... as in a single curly fry. : Why are they charging $0.25 per sauce when they should be giving the sauces away to mask the horrible taste of their food?
I spent close to 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to be greeted by a rude employee who served us cold food and got our order wrong. I talked to some other people that live in Ellensburg who said that's how that place always is. There are too many fast food places that actually care about customer service to waste money at this dumpster fire of a restaurant. Never again Jack.
