Impressed by their professionalism and genuineness. I called, described my issue, and they said to bring it anytime the next day to be looked at. I brought it the next afternoon and two kind gentlemen got under it, had a good look, a thorough discussion, took pictures, and explained to me what was going on. Even though the outcome was that they weren't comfortable repairing it, the 15 minutes of their time they took to give me an honest opinion and explanation was priceless. This is how you run a business and handle customers. If I ever need anything fixed again I'm coming here first.
