Jim and his team are magicians. I had a rock chip in a very noticeable spot above the logo on my front bumper on my quite new car and I was very sad. He told me "not worry about my car" and in a single day fixed it as new. It's completely perfect. This wasn't a touch up job, they went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work done.Service: Painting

Quoted me to install a spoiler for more than 500 bucks. And was so rude and he mentioned that nobody would do this kind of work as it is a long and difficult work. But got a local mechanic who did it in just an hour. I guess he was better than him.

I'll start by saying I do not write reviews, but after my experience today I felt compelled to. I called Jim Lockhart at Island View yesterday, as I had a small hole that needed repaired in the floor of my vehicle before I could get it inspected. He told me to come by at my earliest convenience so he could check it out, so I dropped it off this morning at 10am on my way to golf thought I might not get it in for a week or two, let alone getting it seen on a beautiful Friday. The hole ended up being larger than what I was originally told by my dealer, and Jim took before and after photos to show me. Not only did he have the hole fixed, but he took the liberty to fix a couple of other small things and even buffed my headlights, with a price that was incredibly reasonable. The best part, however and why I decided to write this review, is because of how courteous, professional, and accommodating he was. You don't regularly find people like him these days, who provide exceptional customer service. I will certainly bring future business to these guys, and cannot recommend this business highly enough.Service: Body & Trim

I was expecting to have to pay a lot to get my car fixed but it ended up being a simple glue job, which they did not charge me for. They were super friendly and helpful. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars

All I can say is that if you need body work done on your vehicle, this is absolutely the place to go. I had a small accident and was prepared for a real head ache trying to get the body work done. Jim at Island View Auto Body made it an incredibly easy stress free experience. Really excellent service, reasonable prices, and a clear dedication to the work. I wish I could give the establishment more stars.
