FIX AUTO FREDERICTON

If there is one thing that your car will do, it is break your heart. I get attached to my vehicles, probably because they give us freedom and Independence and are a source of fun. When one gets damaged, especially when body work is required, you want it done right. Over the years I have had a few occasions to get body work done on my cars, or my families cars, and I have used a number of shops in town. Fix Auto does great work, they don't over charge and they get the work done quickly. They cleaned the car and I had it back very quickly. Dave, the estimator was very quick and I didn't have to make an appointment. They have a nice new facility with lots of parking.

I was initially going to have my truck repaired at another location, but my insurance directed me here for another estimate (which was within a few dollars of the first location) However after arriving here, I was impressed with the immediate service at this new and modern facility that I did not know existed (it is a little bit out of the way at the back of an industrial park in Hanwell) A James Deon performed the assessment on my truck and arraigned a rental. When I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless inside and out, work appeared to be perfect and was performed in a timely manner. Not a location I would have normally chosen, but would now, highly recommend to anyone needing vehicle collision repairs!!!

Hi Sarah Wood, I am truly sorry to hear about your bad experience. When a vehicle gets towed in to us its normally a 2 week turn around time to have the repairs completed by the time we order/receive parts and do the repairs. Which I thought you were aware of when we first spoke on the phone. As for the missed damage on your fender, that was an oversight on our behalf as it wasn't really near the area with the most damage and we honestly did not see it. It was a really busy time of year, and I apologize for the lack of communication on our end to keep you updated with the repairs and progress of your vehicle. If there is anything we can do to gain your trust again we would be happy to try, I would like to offer you a free detailing on your RAV4 if you are able to drop it off to me for a morning when ever works for you.
