My partner and I bought our very first car just recently. We were nervous, as we have only bought vehicles person to person in the past, so this was a big purchase for us. The staff at Fredericton Hyundai, especially Sterling Peterson and Steve Webster. Sterling and Steve both made the whole experience less scary and overall a very positive one.

Bought a car from them in December. I was told that the warranty that I bought covered paint, drive train, burns/rips in the interior,wheels and tires, and windshield replacements. I asked them if I could change my own oil and if I could get the shop down my road to change it and they said yes you can. Anyway I buy the car with that in mind. and exactly 34 days later I get a thing in the mail saying that I have to get my oil changed every 6000 kms and that I have to get a dealership to do it. even though in the manual it says that my car takes special oil that you have to buy from Subaru and it lasts 10000 kms. and the best part about me getting my warranty info in the mail exactly 34 days after I bought the car was that I can't op out of it now because it's been over 30 days.           Now today I was washing my car and found out my paint was cracked so I called Hyundai and they said that they don't have records of my warranties and that I'm gonna have to bring my records in. Ok no big deal. so i got my records out and started looking for the part about paint work. Well turns I don't have warranty for paint work..... EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THAT I DID WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR.     MY LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION WITH THESE GUYS IS EXTREMELY HIGH. please don't make the mistake I did, don't waste your money with these guys.              I feel like if my motor blows up or something they'll just find some loop hole and won't cover it. if I could still op out of the warranty I would.  I truly feel like I got scammed, big time.    I know it's my fault that I didn't read everything when I signed for the car but when you have four guys staying over you saying that the warranty covers all those things. You just believe them I guess. I'll say that if someone at Hyundai doesn't help me out,  I'll never recommend these guys to anyone.

I was on your lot for 20 minutes before someone came over to talk to me. The salesperson who came over was not very informative and seemed more occupied with the other customers coming on the lot after me. I wasn't impressed with the service and decided to check out your new neighbors ReCar, where I received much better service!
