We just bought a used Audi from Jenna. The overall experience was very positive. Jenna was helpful and patient and provided the details with the trade and purchase to allow us to feel comfortable with the decision to move forward. Adam and Troy took the time required to meet with us to address our service and warranty questions. We trust these folks and will continue our relationship with Rob and his VW team.

We just bought a 2018 Beetle Convertible. Ryan and the gang at Fredericton Volkswagen made our experience very enjoyable. One of the best we've had in buying a new vehicle. The staff was very friendly and Ryan was a big help in answering all our questions . No pressure and stress free, we would not hesitate in recommending Fredericton Volkswagen. We are loving our Beetle!!!

Very helpful service centre staff and mechanics. I never have any doubts when leaving. They always answer all of my questions fully to make sure I understand exactly what is going on when I leave my vehicle with them.

The folks at Fredericton VW are amazing. They treat you like part of the family - they even have a dog!! Our salesperson Jenna was out of this world. Since we out of town she was very happy to answer all of our questions via email and take pictures of the vehicle we were interested in. Our interactions with her were warm, friendly and professional. We would recommend Fredricton Volkswagen without hesitation.

Great dealership, everyone is friendly and professional. Jenna was wonderful to deal with, she knew what we wanted and made it happen. Troy was great as well. So happy with my 2018 golf. Would definitely recommend Fredericton Volkswagen, Das auto!
