Story

Established in 1883 by W.G. Clark, we sold farm machinery, tools, carriages and sleighs. In 1915 we brought the first Chevrolet to Canada, right here in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We have been selling and servicing Chevrolet cars and trucks ever since. We have enjoyed several locations during our history and found a home in 1973 at our 820 Prospect Street, Fredericton New Brunswick location.

Got my vehicle serviced earlier than expected Staff very knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted done. The requested service was to install new tires. I requested the rear tires to be kept for me and marked as to their  location on my truck prior to removing them and I told them why. Service advisor understood completely. I was informed that the rear brakes needed replacing but they didn’t try to sell me on getting it done today. Very knowledgeable,courteous and personal staff Would recommend this dealership to anyone with a car or truck problem  William Marr

The dealing was wonderful, and the service was great.   I waited for my car with the pleasure of a cup of cappuccino.   Respectfully and with a smile, they told me that my car was ready.  I am very happy with your company.

Seamless buying experience. Salesman Curtis Pond was exceptional and went above and beyond. Everything was taken care of and clearly mapped out ahead of time. Loving my new vehicle.

My sister and I were in the city for a little retail therapy when the tire on my 2021Cadillac went flat while driving down prospects street, so quickly pulled in parking lot of old Fredericton mall,first people of thought was calling was Curtis Pond at Fox Chevrolet Cadillac.He Greg got right on it sent help out to rescue me in no time and got me looked after with new tire, and also changed oil and did dashboard upgrades which were needed. Greg arranged for us to get us rides to and from the regent mall, which was our original destination so still got retail therapy and suv serviced which was unexpected, I’m so greatful for all there help and the respectful way in which I was treated. Everyone from reception girl who was super friendly, To Curtis and Greg and to the young man who pumped my old tire and followed to make sure I got to garage safely. Your my heroes lol. Seriously Thank you all

Fast and efficient. Service department seems to know what they’re doing, unlike some other dealers in town. No outrageous wait times which is nice.  Sales associates are also very friendly. Answered every question i had even the stupid questions haha

Very good service. In and out and was treated very well. Usually go to another dealer but tried to book 3 or 4 times and got no response. Called and booked my apointment without hassle. Going to be going to Fox Chev from now on.

I was treated exceptionally well. Cory your mechanic took the time to review his service observations with me which I appreciated. A warranty part was looked up and ordered. My service again went very well. It however took a good three weeks to acquire an appointment. Everyone was very nice to deal with.

Not the best experience. First of all the appointment was not registered. The appointment was for my daughter not me.the said it would be ready for 2 o'clock. It was not.she had another for 3 o'clock.not sure if she will be back. Thank you

Overall experience was great, every team member helped that I spoke to was polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone for services.

Fox was great! The lady working at the service desk was absolutely fantastic. She worked with my warranty provider to make sure my service was covered before anything got done and she kept me updated regularly. She was very kind. The service was great. They found and fixed my problem with ease. Usually bringing my car to the garage is a huge stressor, but Fox made it simple and seamless!
