Unprofessional service followed up by very unprofessional management. The worst that I have experienced.

I had a worst experience that I never had in my life..unfortunately the guy who claim himself owner did not have a clue about customer service...simply asking question about my order and askinh about how much i am paying for labour fee annoyed him and he was freak out.....gave me a lecture saying he makes 60 dollar an hour which i don't get it at all..bitter thing is in end i had to cancel my order because he did not have any time to answer my question.......I will never ever go there and would not recommend any body.. Thank you.

I recently moved back to Fredericton from Ontario and my Mini Cooper had front window tint. Since NB doesn't allow front window tint I needed a professional to remove it because I have no idea what I'm doing in that respect. Brian and Jill took care of me and quickly removed the tint! Thanks a bunch!

In response to Matt Kelly Auto Repair, it's important that both sides of the story be told. Matt Kelly Auto Repair, 4245 Rte 102 Keswick NB, had called Admiral to get a quote on a back window that Matt Kelly Auto Repair had broken in a half ton while changing a light bulb for his customer. Unfortunately Matt Kelly Auto Repair had broken the back glass while prying the lens off from outside the vehicle. As for our competitive pricing and outstanding service they chose to have Admiral Auto Glass replace the back glass. After everything was agreed to it was in question how Matt Kelly Auto Repair was going to get the truck to our shop in Fredericton from his shop in Keswick. Again Admiral's prompt service provider (me, Brian Wood) offered to send 2 guys and pick up the vehicle at no extra charge and get the job completed in a timely fashion. Having the back glass couriered in from Toronto next day (Friday) at no extra charge and installing Friday AM. Having a phone call from Matt Kelly Auto Repair asking for a light bulb to be installed while truck was at our shop so they would not have to spend another $446.35 to have his staff change the light bulb, plus $44.05 for the bulb and installation. Note: our $30.00 installation charge included travelling to a local auto parts supplier plus installation of the bulb while not breaking the back glass. Admiral Glass also returned the truck back to Matt Kelly Auto Repair in Keswick before noon on Friday per the requirement in the original request. Again excellent service!!!! On another note several years ago, Matt Kelly Auto Repair sent a customer to Admiral Auto Glass to have a mirror glued on a windshield and Matt Kelly called several days later extremely vocal, "why in _ _ _ _ would Admiral charge for this material and service". I personally think $15.00 was good price to have a vehicle repaired and on the road in a safe driving condition. The customer was content or they would not have agreed to have the job performed.
