GoodLife Fitness Centres

It's a gym. Members are good. Employees are good. Lots of equipment and free weights up to good sizes, plenty of plates. Never tried a personal trainer here and won't ever. Machines are dirty and go down for long periods. Locker rooms have lots of dust bunnies and mouldy shower curtains. I've changed my review and added a picture to help explain why this gym will not get any more stars. This is Thanksgiving weekend 2017 and this is all the notice they gave. Like many other members, I will consider changing gyms when my contract is up.

This club is under renovations which is badly needed ...very dirty amenities in the bathrooms, change rooms, & tanning rooms. I must say the staff at this location are awesome-speaks to the strong culture at Good Life (they get a high star rating!!!) I believe the fact they are undergoing renovations-they truly should state that clearly (on website & other social media)- so everyone knows and is prepared. When classes are cancelled-it's so important to let the public know! It's a horrible situation to find that out upon arrival-that's what social media is so good at. Club members often schedule their days around that. Couple that with the difficult parking arrangements and the uncontrollable weather challenges - it would make it easier for members to make their decisions on attending to this location.

The folks here are very good. Levon helped me the other day when there was bad weather. I forgot my T-shirt. Levon offered me a Goodlife shirt and that saved me 2 hrs of driving in bad weather and missing my class. Good work there by the staff. They are good. Keep it up!!

This place needs a facelift pretty badly. The yellowing walls in the women’s area plus the stale air and lack of sunlight reminds me of a hospice or some other sad place where people go to die. That being said... the equipment is functional and the selection of equipment available is fairly vast. So a sold medium overall. A little TLC would go a long way.

Lots of construction outside the building so access and parking is a bit of a hassle. Your shoes will be muddy. Hopefully people will be respectful and take them off at the door. Havent been to the shower for a while since it was pretty bad before. Weights and equipment are good. Looks like they replaced the weights recently too.
