I really enjoyed the venue. One of the newer ones in the city and well decorated. Good seating and the presentation is very modern. Food served was fresh and staff are quick.
For any event like small and big conference weddings, Gala ….. this centre will be the best, A new and modern design exterior and interior with nice and helpful staff. Parking easy to find 3 hotels just next door in case you are coming from outside the city Ottawa

The ICC executed our wedding to absolute perfection! The entire team was extremely accommodating throughout the whole planning process and went above and beyond to deliver the most flawless and magical day of our lives. An extra thank you to Chef Jason and his team who delivered the most incredible food all of which was custom tailored to our requests. We cannot thank you all enough!
Went to a wedding here. All and all a pretty nice experience and venue. The staff and servers seemed to be a little flustered come dinner service . And they forced the last call earlier then originally agreed upon. But all and all still a good time and a very nice place .
Highly acceptable as one of the most welcoming convention centres in Ottawa, Infinity Convention Centre provides beautiful arrangements of music with very good sound quality, food with one of the best assortment of food items with dessert, disciplined seats with tables in an atmosphere, highly sanitised, with attractive artistic decoration in the lounge.
Excellent service- We were t here to celebrate Ganesh Festival, and everything was perfect. The location is great considering accessibility, Washrooms were clean and well maintained. Hall was big enough to accommodate many people. All chandelier makes it more beautiful. Rooms are available for different use. The parking spacing between cars was tight but altogether great experience.
Amazing venue. Really really gorgeous. We came here for a New Year's party.. the venue was reminiscent of a Hollywood gala.. but the food was easily the worst I've ever had. Not sure if the caterers had any affiliation with the venue because if they did, i would give it 1 star.
I've been to Infinity both as a wedding photographer and as a guest to an event, and every time I am very happy with my experience. The space is very modern and extremely clean and well kept. I Photographed a reception there the second day after opening and the service was wonderful. I've been back countless times for weddings, they have great light in a nice stairwell which is a good alternative on a rainy day. The staff are amazing, the food is great and it's in a central location with a ton of parking!
