It is was trash. The staff don’t show any care. They trapped 2 birds in the pool area and they keep trying to get out. There beds are hard and pillows too no blankets it’s a very thin sheet. Light flickers when you turn it on the latch for the door is gone the fridge is so small the curtains are coming off the wall and ripped there’s mold under the table there stains on the chairs it’s disgusting. There’s a knife inside the pool area. There’s like no lights in the hallway the bathroom is tiny the sink don’t work properly. The tub is not cleaned and full of hair. There’s stuff on the posters. The lamps are gross. There’s dirt and food crumbs in the head board. The walls are gross. There’s mold on the bathroom floors and it’s disgusting. There’s so many stains on the carpet. I do not recommend this place it’s not worth the money. It’s very unsafe.
I grew up fairly close to this motel and everyone used to enjoy coming for a stay cation or if you were doing a quick reno and had to be out of the house. What I found was to be a dinghy ancient ruins of a good motel. My walker won't fit the doorway to our room and the bathroom barley fits my commode. The beds aren't very wide and if you are 5'9 your feet will dangle off. My middle child had this issue. The pluses is a microwave and a loud small mini fridge. Wifi is almost non existence.
Wyndham needs the city to buy it off of them. Majority of this place is a homeless shelter for families. From my experience being there with my family 2 years ago as a homeless family from a different city, it wasn't the best place to be. The pool is not taken care off , they closed the " hot tub " because of cleanliness and the " life guards " really didn't do much safety of the " 3 pools " kiddie, hot tub and wave pool also, the slide was always closed . The rooms are small for a family of 4+ . The AC is old and not updated in any of the rooms. They let small children run around and pull fire alarms. The staff at the front desk are trying their best and also the cleaning staff but, I really think it's time Wyndham sells it to the City to become a full time shelter.

NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! I wish I would've looked at the reviews before going there... We got 4 rooms because we were going at Escapade Music Festival. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and the room was super smelly. Bathroom was not clean AT ALL and A/C was not working. One of our taxi driver told me that he tought this place was only for refugies..... and not for guests. PLUS, I got SCABIES and i'm freaking out. DON'T GO THERE PLEASE.
Light was flickering outside all night that was right outside our window, vending machines didn't work, staff didn't show any care when told.Rooms: 1/5
Our room was ready early and it was clean and beds were so comfy. The staff was great and the pool was fun! Hot tub was amazing and my kids were so happy. Breakfast was yummy and i loved the coffee. We are very happy with our experience and will come back again!Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here for work, room was extremely run down, the air conditioning didn’t work and was extremely hot, when called down to front desk they told me nothing could be done, maybe open the window... the window didn’t open! Man on checkin was lovely. Lady checking out, didn’t even acknowledge me, or make eye contact. When asked if i needed anything else she rudely said no. Poor customer service! Parking was very limited and building has construction happening. Expensive to say literally could only use the bed since the ‘mini fridge’ was warm and wouldn’t cool down either. Easy access from highway. Will not be back!
Great Hotel! I Stayed at this Hotel with my Mema and my Aunt and it was amazing! I had gotten a room where on the balcony I could see the wave pool and it was really cool. They had great customer service and the hotel all together and the restaurant area was really nice and clean. There was also a place where you could sit out back, there was a pond and you could sit on the poach and eat your breakfast, it was really relaxing and I definitely recommend this hotel!
This is our second visit here and we are truly disappointed with the stay here. In town during the pandemic helping a family move, we checked in late and checked out early as well. So even though being such a short visit, the experience wasn’t at par. The entire displeasure is towards the room and the amenities within the room. First the room is dated, second the room wasn’t clean in spots that you could see. And then why invite guests in rooms where the carpet is dirty, rooms have patches. When you try to move the night stands to find an extra plug to charge our devices, you see dirt that hasn’t been cleaner in a long time. The beds were so uncomfortable, the pillows soft, the sheets had so many creases that seemed were not dried properly. Don’t think I am staying here again.
