The customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help meet our needs. We used booking.com and everything went smoothly.
On a one way street and not easy access. Nothing really close as in grocery store. The room was excellent. Day time staff very friendly. Night Time staff very moody.
I stayed here October 2020. There was bed bugs so I let them know before leaving. I tried calling them for follow up and they have still not returned my call. A refund would be nice, some sort of follow up and apology would be the decent thing to do.
Amazing price and massive rooms! Comfy, clean and kind staff
