I drove across town because they had a rare figure I was looking for and at a reasonable price. They have a wide selection of collectibles to choose from Thank god no Funkos!. Dan was patient and courteous in registering me into their system and explaining when they receive their merchandise and so on. I will definitely look to Imagination Hobby as one of those go-to destinations for hard to find items.
