SQDC - Montréal - Métro Jarry

I noticed that employees were engaged in conversations with each other instead of assisting customers waiting to check out. When I inquired, I was told there were issues with the POS system, yet other customers were able to complete their transactions without any problems. It appears that some staff are prioritizing personal conversations over customer service, which creates a poor experience.

I’ve been to many locations and this one is by far the best! Always good vibes. The employees and security guards are all super chill and know the human side of working with the public. Glow On!

Really disappointed and I do not suggest this branch to anyone. Never I ever received such a poor customer service . Product was not what I asked for and on top of that I was also feeling the rush of the employee to serve me and then be quickly able to go to the next customer . My product was not good ,not what I asked for and no refund no exchange or no solution has been proposed while I was still there and never left the cash registrer until I have been told it is like this that . I think that If you in a position to give customer service you got to do it proper and that your bad behavior that Ive receive today do not represent SQDC VALUES you should take a look at certain policies with your employee

I normally use this locale. Quick and nice peoplenToday wasn’t that experiencenFound the service I received to be rushed and definitely didn’t appreciate being talked down to. I will still likely go back but will refuse to be served by that person again
