I visited the Metro Jarry location for the first time today and I was very happy with the selection of products and the service. I was assisted by Fabian who was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful. Thanks, Fabian! I will be back.

Lost my driver license.nWent there with a picture and they told me I need a physical proof that I don’t have my driver license. Came back with my provisional driver license but the manager Ben wanted to show his power and turned me around again.nnI understand there are laws in place.nnI don’t understand that they ask me for a specific document which I got printed for them but then don’t accept it.nnI suggest hiring manager who can think instead of repeating dumb stuff.

I normally use this locale. Quick and nice peoplenToday wasn’t that experiencenFound the service I received to be rushed and definitely didn’t appreciate being talked down to. I will still likely go back but will refuse to be served by that person again

Regular customer service has gotten better, management is more relaxed and friendly, services quick but not russed
