Spend a certain amount this year, and starting next year, you get a discount on new and used records. Edit: the situation was resolved and I retract my frustration regarding the transaction.nnHowever, I think the staff is very unqualified and their general demeanor is less than pleasant. I think that the attitude held by the staff is very apathetic and not super appealing, especially when it's in regards to troubleshooting. I'll still give 5 stars but there definitely needs improvement.
