they have such a good selection of Arabic perfumes, and the staff was very knowledgeable. it was fun to try them all in real life, find new ones i hadnt heard of from brands i’d seen online, and see all the beautiful bottles lined up! and good prices
Salam ! I was in town from Toronto and decided to give the shop a visit. There was a wide selection but VERY overpriced, the owner will say it's because it's from Dubai which is funny because the prices are triple the prices compared to Dubai. Owner was very rude and not welcoming. Advice to you sir just because you're a man doesn't not mean your any better that's not Islam . Advice to you is work on your customer service skills and stop being money hungry

A lot of Arab parfume to choose from and the girls are nice
Last time I went there, it was just me and my mom and this woman that works in the boutique. She was leading us towards the basement to check out more of the dresses when out of nowhere the owner came by and started getting mad at her speaking to her in French, he assumed that we didn’t understand French. He got mad at her because there was a dress on the corner of the floor. He was being disrespectful towards her, I could see how hurt she was feeling. Later on, when I went to pay for my items, I purposely said « thank you very much and have a good day » in French. She looks at me surprised because I heard everything that happened in the store. Then I left feeling deeply hurt and disgusted. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Hope you change ur manner and treat people with respect no matter who they are. May Allah swt guide u to the right path.
