Staff are nice and that’s the only reason I give 2 stars. Store layout at all locations is absolutely GARBAGE. How are you supposed to shop like this? The brands are unable to stand out, the products are shoved into these sterile bins with no signs of a logo. Where is it grown? What were the growing methods? Truly baffling to see such a bad system that doesn’t allow brands to differentiate themselves. Also 12-5 hours on a Saturday?? Age 21 to buy? Ok QC but we can drink at 18 and buy booze at any store until 11pm - but we’ve adopted and glorified the most dangerous drug in the world alcohol while holding onto stigmas around cannabis. This isn’t how it should be. Look to BC who allows independent retailers better for economy who can curate their menu and actually support smaller micros who are actually growing the best cannabis. Truly a shame to see such a fall down - do better, Quebec.
I was in the area and figured I could pick something up here rather than my usual store on Laurier x st Laurent. I asked for what I needed, but I was told it doesn’t exist. when I said I buy it frequently at the other location, I was condescendingly told “go back to that store then, you know, not all SQDCs carry the same thing.” Pretty bad customer service in my honest opinion, the least she could’ve done is find me a similar strain lol

Staff is lovely and even the security guards make you feel welcome! Got recommended a few strains from the person at the counter and loved both of them!
