Great unlimited pancakes! Service was below average, we went on a Thursday afternoon and there were maybe 3 other tables aside from ours and the waitress still wasn’t paying attention to us. Never refilled the waters or visited the table to ask about our experience. Frequently chatting with other servers. Good food though.

My pancakes were so brown they actually had a slight burnt taste. There is only 2 attentive servers working, and service was terrible. Over the years this place has really gone downhill! In Feb 2017 when it was miserable cold outside, we stopped for breakfast after being at the hospital across the street. They had no heat. NO HEAT! They had a string of heaters set up on the floor and on tables attempting to heat the place but it was freezing - and they made us pay full price for our coffee. The parking lot is a joke and practically impossible to get in or out of. The restaurant was cold again today, service was terrible and the food sucked. The location on University Ave close to the hospital is the only thing this place has to offer.

Had to wait to be seated, even though there were only 3 groups in the restaurant. Food came out after a long wait, and most of it was cold. We were only checked on once after having been here an hour and a half. It took several minutes to get our checks (which were not split correctly), and longer to have our cards taken. Throughout this there were several people standing around, or working on other tasks instead of tending to any of the guests. There were also several instances in which the servers were on their phones. Overall not a good experience, and not impressed with the service.

Great place, updated. It looks new and very cozy and comfortable. Great, fast service.

Upon our arrival we had to wait a few min to be seated even though the place was basically empty. They tried seating us at a dirty table, then moved us to a different one but failed to give us silverware. The menus were sticky. The bathroom was disgusting. My eggs did not come how I ordered them and my pancakes were cold. The waiter was not friendly. Asked for a glass of water and it took so long we were almost finished with our meal. The iced coffee was way too sweet. Not a good experience.
