Ice Cream Mountain

Completely met the expectations of our family group of seven visiting from the Seattle area. We were each able to find flavors which satisfied us and the ice cream was very good. The young lady attending the counter was courteous and confident as she took and prepared our orders. Since that is what we expected, Ice Cream Mountain earns a solid three stars. Should we have been disappointed, stars would have been lost. Pleasantly surprising us would have earned an added star or perhaps two. So, don't be fooled by the three star rating. This is a nice little ice cream spot and you will most likely find a great sweet treat here.

You get what you paid for, the ice cream cones are huge and one of the best in all Victoria.

Ice cream mountain was a descent place Good prices, he filled the waffle cone then 2 huge scoops on top of that. $6.50 bucks Good prices, lots of selection. Had the caramel cookie dough. Dessert before dinner. Was awesome. Nice owner, good people. Took a walk thru the 3 acres in the back as well. Cool place. Enjoyed it Worth a visit

Thought we would try something different for ice cream today. When we arrived we noticed there was a line of people, initially thought oh this is a good sign.. One young man working who was more interested in flirting with 2 young ladies then serving the customers in line. Many of these people ended up walking away without anything. We continued to wait and got our ice cream Portions and prices were awesome but unfortunately next to no flavor. Sad to say we won't be back.

Lots of flavors, all of which were delicious. My husband is celiac, so gluten-free is not optional for him, and the lady serving us washed the scooper and took out a fresh unopened tub of ice cream for him to ensure there would be no cross-contamination. Outstanding service, and a lovely place to sit and have your ice cream.

When I first arrived at ice cream mountain I wasn’t expecting much, however, the ice cream portion, price and flavour was excellent. I’m a huge fan of ice cream, and this place is definitely worth the visit, if any reviews say other wise they’re selfish and impatient. The young man who took my order was also very kind, great place… will be back, most definitely.

The guy behind the counter was great. The ice cream wasn't though unfortunately. All the ice cream was soup. So melted. I think they need new freezers. The little patio garden is nice.

Me and my fiancé decided on spontaneously getting some ice-cream at 9 in the evening. Most places around us were closed but this place was open till 10! We get here and it was definitely worth the short drive! Ice-cream was delicious, COVID-19 procedures in place, place was cute with a fountain and service was extremely quick! We loved this place and look forward to going back!

Cute little stop off the highway in the middle of nowhere, with 2 for 1 scoops, but we were startled from a gunshot sound right behind there and then the worker went out of the shop not sure what he was doing and being in the middle of nowhere it was super weird. Other than that, the shop is super cute and collective feeling, retro, vintage... all those cute vibes. Icecream was good too of course! Loved the patio area with the lights. Hopefully next time no gun shots will go off.

Always a local favorite, esp before a ride over the Malahat! Owners very nice folks that work late even into early November! Were 4-5 customers there at 9 30pm tonight on October 15th!
