We worked with Chantal Lafontaine of Ian's team, and she was exceptional. Chantal worked tirelessly during the search process, and was readily available to accommodate my travel schedule. She worked to ensure we had the right house (we looked at 55 houses!), and also provided outstanding guidance with respect to the negotiation and purchase process. Knowing Ian through other friends it was an easy choice to contact him about selling our house. He and Rachel came to our and set out how the pre-sale prep would work and I could really tell they listened as the details they included all where to the benefit of myself and my family. Ian promised me that during our transition period, that selling the house was going to be the simplest and easiest part, and he kept that promise. 7 days later and we had completed deal! Thank you Ian and Rachel!!

Finding our home was a really positive experience. We must have seen over 20 homes which some I really loved and did not end up making an offer. They were able to tell some defects in some of the homes which I did not notice and they guided me not to make an offer. Some real estate agents will try to make a commission quickly however I could see that this was not the case and they truly care about making sure you get the most out of what you are looking for. I plan to buy more properties in the future for investment purposes and I trust this team to help me find what I'm looking for down the road.
