"We first engaged Nina when we were thinking of purchasing a house in Ottawa.  Our situation was more challenging than most because we were living abroad, which meant that for the most part, everything needed to be done remotely.  Nina quickly and accurately sized up our needs and desires, so that when we came to Ottawa on a short visit, she arranged several viewings that ticked all our boxes.  When we leaned towards one option, Nina was quickly able to organise a second viewing with an architect and contractor.  We then decided purchase that house and found Nina to be incredibly professional and helpful, both in her very effective negotiation with the seller, but also in managing the rapidly evolving transaction with us being on a different continent.  She quickly arranged an inspector and referred us to a mortgage specialist and lawyer, all of whom were very good.  In the end, we were so pleased with the result, in terms of price and service, that we decided to hire Nina again to sell our existing home, while we were still abroad.  Once again, Nina went above and beyond in preparing the property for sale and then in expertly handling everything, so that in the end the property sold quickly and at a price that was even higher than we expected.  

We highly and enthusiastically recommend Nina.   She is intuitive, knowledgeable, very resourceful and responsive, even after the purchase and sale.  She really goes the extra mile in providing a full-service brokerage.  Thanks Nina!

when my wife and I decided to list our home with a realtor, being 43 years in sales I had a plan to select  listing agent and their company.
I went through the process of interviewing five agents from 5 different companies.every one of the agents were given a home tour and then we sat down for my interview questions and seek answers. It was amazing the differences in the agent's thoughts on open houses, marketing, advertising, web media sales, and personal support to help me sell the house.

I picked Nina Krakowsky from Tracy Arnett and of course Tracy herself which was a great pair. I got great support from Ian Arnett who did the logistics.

When they came for the tour and the interview, they were very prepared and had a very detailed plan.

The house was sold in three weeks and we did not have an open house.Their resources were excellent, from the photographer to the virtual tour. The fact sheet was again excellent. colour photographs and all the right information to highlight the house for sale.Web coverage again was excellent.

Nina and I built a strong relationship. She was available when I needed her and she always gave us sound advice. She negotiated a very good price that was close to our agreed listing price.

Overall totally satisfied and I thank them again for meeting our needs.

Expecting a second child, my wife and I had to sell our house and buy a new house in a narrow time period during a traditionally poor time of year for real estate sales. Jake Prescott from Tracy Arnett worked with us throughout the process and Jake's tireless work ethic led to great results for us. He was constantly accessible, met with us whenever requested, and was constantly trying to track down opportunities. We are really thankful for our new house and for the experience of working with Jake.
