Me and my husband really enjoyed working with Ray! With in-depth knowledge in Ottawa housing market as well as builders, he knows a lot. Literally. Professional and very knowledgeable! He took time to give us pros and cons, and shared his invaluable expertise on house. Highly recommend Ray. I would use him again in a heart beat.

Our first home buying experience with Ray was awesome and went smoother than i'd anticipated. As a first time home buyer I went into this process not knowing much about anything. Ray patiently walked me through the whole process and answered all questions and concerns I had... even if he'd already answered the same questions a million times. He was also very easy to access and extremely accommodating to my very hectic and sometimes last minute needs. I would strongly recommend Ray to anyone in need of a great real estate agent who will get the job done!

Ray did a great job of showing us only what met our requirements. He went far beyond what I expected of a real estate agent, answering questions and being available to help us at any hour of the day, (seriously, Ray don't you rest at all?!!). Besides, buying a home should be a fun process. Ray is such a positive person; you will definitely enjoy his company! It has been a pleasure working with Ray and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in Ottawa. You will be in safe hands!

Please allow me to start from the end. Thanks to Ray, we found exactly what we wanted and I have no doubts that I'll call Ray again when we'll need a real estate agent in the future. Right from the beginning Ray asked us many questions that allowed him to create a very accurate filter, so we've received only notifications that answered our criteria. I'll be honest and say that I was skeptic about the filter, so I monitored on daily basis every new property on the market that matched the number of rooms we wanted and not even once met a property that was interesting to us that wasn't on the emailing list based on the filter. Every question we had was answered on the same day, mostly within minutes either on email or phone. During the visits in the properties, Ray always had interesting and important insights that I think only a very experienced and professional agent could have. He had all the answers not only about the house, but about the surrounding area as well. Finally the offer and purchase itself. We knew that we are in very good hands since we've built a trust and understanding between us and Ray. We listened to his advises and with some magic that only a very experienced real estate agent cad do (by understanding the psychology of other agents) we bought a house just like we wished for. I would definitely recommend Ray to anyone who's looking for a very experienced and professional agent with good sense of humor. Thank you Ray.
