I have been dealing with Ziglu for many years. Gilles is honest, down to earth and helpful. He has been using the discount brokerage business model but I feel the quality of the service he provides is no less than other Realtors. More freedom, and reward to go with Ziglu!

Everything works as advertised. Got offer prepared, house purchased, and my cash back on time. Having said so, there were a communication delay when offer got finally accepted that made me unnecessary worried for few hours
