REMAX Hallmark Realty Group: Donna Boruck

I recently moved from Calgary to Ottawa and needed a real estate agent to help me purchase a house near my new grandchildren. I had an agent and was viewing a house every couple of days none of which matched my criteria. My son-in-law said he worked with a wonderful agent Donna Boruck and that I should meet her. Although she was on her way to Toronto to see her daughter, she set up a search for me and later that day, lo and behold I had 18 listings in my inbox, most of which did match my criteria. We made a date to view at least 9 of these a couple of days later. I bought the third house which was perfect for me. My daughter was a bit disappointed we found a house so quickly as she wanted me to stay with her a bit longer!!!! Donna was professional, on the ball and actually listened to my wants and needs. She was such a great help with the purchase procedure since I was new to Ottawa. I closed the house within 3 weeks and couldn't have done it without her. I would recommend Donna to my best friends and family as I am confident she would be the perfect match. Thanks Donna for everything. Looking forward to working with you again. Silvia

Donna was instrumental in selling my mother-in-law's house last year. She was friendly, efficient and thorough, and kept us in the loop at all times. The house was sold in a timely fashion, at close to the asking price. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Donna is a great real estate who gives amazing advice to first time home buyers. By attending her free first time home buyer seminar I was able to take that advice and go forward with a purchase. Thanks Donna!
