Quinn Goodwin is all about the cash... & not about helping the little guys with big dreams. Cancelled on me. Said he would call me back. He never did. So I e-mailed him asking when to meet. He then called me back to say that finding me cheap land would be a waist of his time because he wouldn't be making enough money out of it... LOL Thanks for my first realtor experience!

I have a property listed with a different realtor and Tom Hamdadou from this office called to arrange for a viewing in one hour's time. I agreed and I went to check that everything was in order, shoveled the snow, put down some anti-slip product and turned on all of the lights. (My realtor said that Tom would turn out the lights afterward.) I went by later to check that he had turned out the lights only to discover that he had never come and didn't even have the decency to call and cancel. This is completely unprofessional. As in all professions, attention to detail is crucial. I'm pissed!

Prior to being an admin for The Floyd Team (one of the awesome teams who work here) I bought my first home with them. Glenn guided us through the process from our first showing right through to closing. He showed us what would make a great first home and what to avoid. There was never any pressure. We found the perfect place for us to start a family. Now I work for them-that's how much I like them!

Unresponsive agent Kelly T with bad customer service. Attempted to reach her for a simple showing over multiple emails in a span of a week. Only response from her was a last minute spontaneous email that she will be at the showing location for 45mins. No prior arrangements/communication to my inquires whatsoever.
