Hyundai West Island

I had issues with Hyundai Canada and my dealership, Hyundai Canada West Island, went far and beyond to resolve the issue. They swiftly responded and got to the bottom of it. If you feel like Hyundai has let you down in the past, use this dealership because they are better than the corporation. They care if you have a problem. Great people who work there, great service. They deserve your business and you deserve their service in which they show familiarity, sensitivity and the kind of customer service you only dream of.

Excellent service and they will take you to work and back if you want to leave your car there, even for an oil change. I stick with this brand just because of that and their helpful staff. They only do Hyundai though. Might explain why they're good at it. Salesmen are not so hot though. Don't know their offers it seems. Much better buying experience in Valleyfield.

Could not be more disappointed with the service I received from Hyundai West Island. First of all I made a wait appointment so I could get my car back quickly. They told me it was going to be 2 hours so I took the shuttle home for that time. My car was ready only 5 hours later. I had payed for a car wash and they did not even bother to vaccum the back seats because I guess they had put back my tires in before the wash. So 30$ for nothing. Then I spend 100$ for the alignment and they tell me nothing is wrong. And as I’m leaving it is still doing the same thing. As I’m driving the next day I realized one of my wipers is not clipped in. They must of moved it while washing the window and didn’t place it back. It could have fallen off during me driving on the highway. Then finally I call back today asking for an appointment to get the alignment looked at again because it’s still doing the same problem and I have a slow leak. They tell me they can’t see me for a few weeks they are too busy with tire seasons. So now I’m suppose to drive with a leak in my tire until they are no longer “busy”. What customer service. I will never go back there again.

I have been going to this place for years. I love my Sonata and receive excellent service at this location. More recently I had some car trouble late on a Friday when they were about to close. They waited for me to arrive, offered me tea and even though my car was well past it's warranty period loaned me a new car which was all so unexpected and really appreciated! I can't say enough good things about this place which is owned by a husband and wife team. It really is a friendly neighbourhood place to go.

just purchased a used vehicle. Very happy with the outcome of my experience. I felt it was humble and honest. Nobody is pushy which I really appreciated.
