Export depot International provided a value for money door to door service from Hudson, Quebec and, when I encountered difficulties in England locating a helpful clearing agent Jonathan, was also able to link me with a most professional gentleman to undertake this task. So all in all I would not hesitate to use the services of this company again or recommend it to others.

Be careful, If you send your package to an airport location you will have to pay a significant amount of airport taxes (which was not explained to me). I sent 2 suitcases of 40 kilos in total from MTL to Orly airport (Paris) for CA $300 but had to pay extra 94€ to get them (which represents almost half of the price I paid for the luggage to come). I was very disappointed not to have been informed of this extra cost by the company even though I talked to an employee on the phone about all the details. Neither did he tell me it was possible to receive the suitcases at home directly (which would have avoided all the administration at the airport). That said, the transit was good and fast.

as far as i am concern to send big package to senegal-dakar via airplane export depot has the worst folow up ever. not using this company again would rather directly deal with royal air maroc or covalissage at least you wont pay so much for crappy service.

Very easy no hassle move ... packing crew was most efficient... Jonathan was great. This moving household Items to Ireland was so much easier than I ever could have imagined. Thank-you VB

The absolute best! Rami and his team were all excellent. They helped me with shipping my furniture and my car overseas. Made it all fit in one container which another shipper told me I needed 2 containers! Highly recommended!
