i've only ever given out one other 5 star rating much less to a car dealer but these guys deserve it. they were also the only shop that resolved wheel balancing issues i had that other "specialists" couldn't fix. great reasonably priced service.

always great service here when I get my car serviced. I like how they have someone to drop you off and pick you up if its a long wait for your car to get serviced.

Excellent experience in buying a used car. I am from Ottawa and very Happy with the car. Everything went well with the Ontario safety, emission, and registration. Thank you to Mr Champion Gil for the quick response, and on informing of my arrival. Mr Angelo Politely greeted me, Thanks. A Big Thank you to the Wonderful team work of Mr Angelo and Mr Sergio. They are very Pleasant to deal with and do Fantastic work. Highest Respect to them, as that is rare to see. Sorry had to make Mr Angelo work hard, when I should have tried to contact him. The rest of the staff are also very Friendly, which is always Nice. All the Best Wishes and Thanks again.

Called and asked for parts dept, 20 min in hold and then another person answered the call and asked what I want, I asked for parts, was put again on hold and 30 sec later was told that the parts guy went to lunch! WOW! REALLY the first lady who answered the call couldn't tell me the same without making me to wait for 20 min on hold?? Maybe they are friendly, but there are 0 knowledge about how to meet customers expectations! TO BAD, WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN

Generally very good service - they seem to go beyond what's necessary whenever we get service done. They were also the only dealership we visited who we felt were being honest with us throughout our transactions. In one disconcerting experience, however, a car key broke and when we took it in to have it fixed/replaced under warranty, the service person tried to convince me that it must have broken due to something we did and that it could cost us upwards of $400 to fix. This struck us as a dishonesty approach to the warranty and a predatory sales scheme, hence the 3 stars. The only other issue I've come across is that one day they seemed to have trouble finding prices for certain accessories.
