Food is not spectacular. But you get what you pay for. Lady is way past retirement.... but im okay with the "service". She takes my order quickly, correctly, and returns my change. What else you want? Affodable quick eats. This feeds 2 adults... money to spare to get a pastry nearby or bb tea. Food tastes fine. Satisfies my bbq meat craves.

Never buy the 6 dollar meat tray. They hide plenty of "delicious and edible" duck necks by covering it with other things like roast pork, roasted chicken etc. Great deal if you eat duck necks though.

Super good deal and amazing barbeque pork! However, over the years the quality is getting worse - the four treasure rice has different meat combinations each time I go and they give out the worst ones usually. My favourite is the bbq duck with rice noodle soup. The cashier lady has a terrible attitude. Otherwise it’s good.

Cheap food with decently sized portions however food was not very fresh; had a stomachache all night afterwards. The lady at the cash register had a rather careless attitude and was rude when I said I did not have cash on me.

Cheap food, quick service. The BBQ meats were too fatty for me. The soup tasted weird. I guess if you're looking for a quick bite for cheap that'll fill you up, this place is good for that.

Guess I be the first to review. Typical chinese bbq joint. People were.friendly. I ordered the "sie bo rice" special which has bbq pork, crispy pork belly, salted egg , and their in house marinated pork organs. Price was pretty good and so as the taste. I would come back to this place since it is above average in markham standard.

Cha Siu quality is not good. It tastes weird with an awful pig smell. The attitude of the woman at the cashier is simply terrible.

Asked for bbq pork and tell them that I want two ribs. The ribs section cost more. Come back home and open up the bbq pork. The meat has been exchanged. The bbq rib was on to top and beneath ribs are poor portion of the pork. I would agreed with one reviewer, they exchanged the meat at the back. During lunch they do a lot of rice takeouts and they were probably saving the good pieces for the rice lunch combo. SCAM. It is the last time I will get food from them again.

I don't often go this shopping centre but when I do, it's usually this place that I come to for a quick and tasty meal. Located in a small food court, they have all the popular Chinese BBQ meats and a few delicious cooked dishes, all at very good prices. My go-to meal is BBQ Duck and Roast Pork with rice and vegetables. At only $6.99, it's a bargain! A lot of the other combos without duck cost only $5.99. How can you beat that. Besides the cheap prices, the food tastes pretty good. The service is quick and efficient, despite the language barrier.

My dad and I always come here for an affordable lunch, and also take out for dinner for the family at least once a week. My dad said he tried local competitors but this place has the best balance of flavor and value for money. They do not skimp on the meat! Their BBQ pork has a unique lemony taste you don't get elsewhere. Can’t beat it for the price!
