Love this place. We've been eating there for a few years now when we visit dubuque. Patio is a great area to eat. Staff is all very friendly. Nice clean tables. The food is excellent. The mushrooms appetizer is so delicious.nnWe always have a good experience here. This time, the CEO, Alex came to our table to say hi & introduce himself. Asked us how everything was. Very nice man & we really appreciated that.nnFive star rating, be sure to visit Houlihans if you're in the area.
We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were very friendly. Hamburger was cooked to perfection. Fish and chips, loaded baked potatoes,Turkey Club with mash potatoes, was delicious.
This was my first time visiting. Been in the area for so long and not sure why I have t visited. possibly locationnA group of 5 was easily accommodated, indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Very nice patio section, lighting, and atmosphere. It's large, open, yet still intimate. Suitable for groups as well as a date.nFish and chips were what was recommended from word of mouth and that's what I went with. Portions were more than generous. Fresh food and prompt we were more than happy with food quality. We will be back.nPLENTY OF PARKING! Wheelchair accessible and very clean!
We are in town for our niece’s event and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. We invited family out to eat by the hotel since it was along day of traveling. We had a party of 7 that asked for a table at 8:20 and was told 30-40 minute wait, so we all sat at the bar. We all ordered drinks and they were all a sugary mess. The bartender said she was 19 and had no idea what she was doing, the old fashioned was syrupy and red, even my beer was poured into a hot glass, so every drink was messed up. I attached the empty pictures because this was how the restaurant looked when we were finally seated. EMPTY! So why did we have to wait the full 40 minutes to an hour for our table? The staff was unbelievably rude. Our waiter was Blake and I watched him snatch the menu from my mother-in-law’s hand. I would not recommend this restaurant. I usually try and only post good reviews but every now and then I have such a terrible experience that they deserve the bad review.nnAnd there is a picture of the soggy wings we ordered….
Really great experience we had for our party of 12!! We were so lucky to have Danny as our waiter!! He was very attentive and fun. We didn't have to ask for refills or sit waiting for our bill. The food was great as well. We'll definitely be back again and requesting that Danny be our waiter again.
