Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Incredible service with a really good burger! I love the option of making a burger a wrap with lettuce instead of the bun. Only complaint involves whether or not you can get fries before the meal or not. It should be consistent and should be an option as it seems that some staff will give them to you and others won't. Always sit at the bar if you have the option, better service.

The host was inviting and sat us immediately. Our server, on the other hand, wasn't quite as exciting. She wasn't busy and took awhile to check on us & bring requested items, such as napkins. She would start walking away when we were trying to answer her question. Being a server and bartender myself, I tipped her accordingly, but not as much as I would've liked to. We've had much better service there.

Great location next to the AMC theater. Good looking place that always seems to be super busy. I love the food, I highly recommend the teriyaki chicken sandwich. My only problem the last time there was that the service, although super friendly was a little slow. I think the hustle and bustle of lunch time adds a chaotic feel because the seating is a bit close together. The servers are squeezing in and around you. Otherwise, bring the kids and have fun.

I really don't understand what it is with all red robin's but I'm pretty sure when you order a BBQ chicken wrap, the chicken should be WARM! Every time I get it, it's cold and am told "it's supposed to be cold." I understand the chicken. Is precooked (I used to work at one when I was younger), but come on, warm the damn chicken up!

I love getting the all you can eat fries with the campfire sauce. Good service. Not a lot of wait time to sit. Fresh food.
