Delicious ribs, full lunch, got double punch for my card, which means if we go once more the 3rd time we get $10 off our bill, which makes for a very reasonably priced meal. Went again last weekend for dinner. As usual ribs were out of this world good and steak medallions were tender & cooked exactly to our request! Service was A+, as it always is. Great food, great restaurant. Don't forget to request the warm bread loaf...it's FREE! My family and I stayed at grand harbor hotel and had a great time the first day.. this was about a year ago.. We ate at Tony Roma’s restaurant and my 4 year old son and myself shared a salad and we BOTH got food poisoning... It was horrible.. we were very sick the rest of our stay at the hotel.. ruined our plans to do the water park the next day.. we won’t be in a big hurry to go back..

Very disappointed. I did 2 nights in a row doing the hotel, waterpark, and restaurant bundle. The night staff managed to upset me both occasions. They seem very disorganized and confused about who to assist first, then simple questions and requests from myself and other customers I overheard. I didn’t even stick around the second night after they literally asked to help two other groups and ignored me at their counter. I’m there with kids like many of the others. Super annoying. The breakfast staff was great, and the view is nice. That helped with keeping “2 Stars” at least.

The fries were WAY over salted. The burgers were fine. But the ribs were absolutely terrible, over cooked, and burnt and like no flavor at all. We also had to wait for ages for this not so great food. However the shrimp appetizer was good and the staff were friendly. All in all I will not go back and I hope you never have to.

Wouldn’t suggest the steak! Not much flavor.. The shrimp appetizer was great!
