Buffalo Wild Wings

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I was not impressed. Our waitress was incredible but the food wasn't worth the 1 hour wait. Maybe my next experience will be better next time.

Do you feel lucky tonight? Wings - typically pretty good, comparable to going to McD for a burger. Sometimes drowned in sauce and warm. Service is very spotty at best. We have had some nights where our waitress came by 3 times (order food, bring food, bring bill) and others when the waitress shows up 3 times before we get our food asking how we are doing. The only time we placed an order to go by phone we arrived at the time we specified it to be ready. We waited for 30 minutes before getting the food. We would have left if we didn't already pay for it. Manager had nothing to say other than they were busy. We placed the order 2 hours before pick up, how can you not get it finished in time? Then we wait for 30 minutes and no compensation offered other than a glass of soda. So, I'll ask again; Do you feel lucky tonight?

Confusing wing menu and pricing. $32 for two medium wings? That's---no drink, no sauce, no sides, no fries, no appetizers, no desert, no tip... They're just wings, and not the best ones I've ever had, but for that price, they'd better be! Too dark in there. Too many teens chillaxin' at the front door. I think it's time to make some changes to your vision and mission statements, Buffalo Wild Wings.

Food is always a little bit slow. Good service. Always so loud, but I think that just goes with being a sports bar...

Went there to watch State H. S. Wrestling finals. They have t. v's EVERYWHERE! food was good, service.. eh, bordering on o. k. It was 6:30p.m.. Food was very good! With the prices of wings, though, you would have thought they were dipped in gold. My biggest complaint, was that the temperature in doors was almost as warm as it was Outdoors, and that was 29*!! Mgr said it was "Corporate Controlled". Off site. He couldn't change it if he wanted to. If it weren't for the sports event, I would never eat there!
