Buffalo Wild Wings

Our server during this visit was quick and attentive. However there was a huge disconnect with the kitchen. Out of our three orders nothing came out at the same time. Our first order of wings came out and some pieces were over cooked. Then the wrap came out, a few minutes later the Luke warm fries came out. Or server came and checked on us and had a confused look on their face that only 2/3 of the food came out. Then someone from the kitchen came out with the final order of wings. The only reason this is a two star review is that our server was a 5 star server. Everything else was a train wreck to the point that they forgot to sauce the chicken in the wrap.

I love coming here. The food is great and the service is fantastic. Alex was our server and did a phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place. Travel photographer from Galena, IL.

I'm giving this Buffalo Wild Wings a great review and the reason is because of their one and only waitress that night. There was a lot of my family and friends and this young lady took care of us. It was late at night too. Now I cannot forget about the cook that night either. Whoever it was, thank you for not dropping the ball on cooking. Out of at least 15 or more of us there, nobody had an issue with their food. Managers, I hope you all take good care of those employees that worked the night of October 26,2024. They were Awesome!!!

Got there around 7:30 on a Saturday night, restaurant was dead. Waited 5+ minutes before someone seated us. Waitress was quick to our table to take our order. After putting our order in, another table was seat right behind us for the same waitress and she took their order. After a short wait, that table got their food. Our kids were confused about how that table got their food before us, I told them it was probably because we had ordered a couple burgers too where that table just had wings. Fast forward about 10 minutes, the waitress brings out our 2 burger/fry combos that we had ordered and said it would be just a few more minutes before the 2 orders of wings and french fries came out for our kids. A few minutes go by, she brings the wings out and says that she is just waiting on fresh fries. By this time, I had already finished my meal. By the time that the fries came out, we had all finished our food. Never have I had a 15-20 minute delay in all of an order making it to the table. While waiting for the kids to finish their fries this is a solid 1hr 15 minutes into our dine experience I decided to use the restroom. It was absolutely horrifying! Paper towels on the floor because the garbage was overflowing and puddles of urine on the floor at the urinals. While we usually love B Dubs, this will probably be the last time we visit the Dubuque location. On a plus side, the food was ok.

Horrible Service! I ordered a 10 piece Honey BBQ wings and this is what I got… crumbs. Also ordered a 15 piece of Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan and got Buffalo??? Really? Not satisfied at all
