Sunshine Family Restaurant

This place is close to where I work and I pop in for lunch occasionally. It has a throwback feel. Many menu options, most of which I'd characterize as comfort food. I'm guessing that many of the wait staff have been there for many a year. It's just a feel good place you can get in and out of pretty quick. I always walk away satisfied and feeling like I paid a dollar or two less than the food deserved.

We stayed at the Grand Harbor Hotel, and were looking for a place to eat breakfast. We brought a group of 18 (10 children) and had such a great experience! Our waitress, Kayla, took really good care of us! Very fast and efficient service! I highly recommend going here!

Breakfast food was excellent and hot! Awesome service! Our waitress was kind, informative, welcoming and never let our drinks get even halfway before filling them. We got our breakfast in less than 5 minutes of ordering and the place was kind of busy. Also got the check really fast which I like!

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Very friendly staff. Food was really good and realativly inexpensive. :) I got the southern sunshine or something. It was a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy, 2 sausage links and 2 strips of bacon. Sausage was so good! Food came out like 5 min after we ordered and it was pretty busy. I will come back here when I'm in the area again!

Skip Tony Roma's buffet!!! Wish we came here instead on our first day. Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning with 13 people and No Reservations. Got a table right away. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious and coffee was great. Waitress was quick and friendly with all the needs we threw at her, having 7 kids in our group. Highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back.
