Room was nice with a small kitchen and a bathtub, breakfast was good and staff lovely. Location is a plus because the hotel is a foot away from green, yellow and orange metro station.

The rooms are a bit small but very cozy and clean.the hot breakfastwas surprisingly good. The rates were excelent. The hotels location is its main drawback, it's located in one hell of a sketchy alley. The parkin garage is also kinda crazy, very steep and only one way in or out with one lane for two way traffic. The hotel was great value.

The location of the hotel was ideal. We were able to walk to the old port, and were close to all major streets as well as to the university. In other reviews people commented on the fact that they didn't like that there were homeless people around, but honestly, it's a hotel right downtown what else would you expect? Any major city has its share of homelessness. We felt very safe and had no problems with them. In terms of parking, we were pleasantly surprised with how much of it there was, which can be a challenge in downtown hotels. The room was clean and had an a/c unit which made it more comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, free breakfast, clean room, and small kitchen in the room. I wish the parking was free but it's better than no parking at all. The underground parking has some steep dips and narrow turns to navigate, but your car is in a secure location, accessible only to guests and hotel staff. The hotel was in a great location, a walk away from downtown; also, we just happened to walk into a festival that kept us entertained for hours. The ninth floor patio offers a great view.
