Great location close to the shops, nice polite service. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the breakfast we paid extra for is lacking. The only things they offer are a bowl of canned fruit, two types of cereals, pastrys, bread, and bagle. No eggs, no meats of any sort, and no pancakes.

Stayed here one night on the road trip from Toronto to Quebec. Hotel has very convenient location within the walking distance of many international restaurants. Good night life options nearby. Clean, spacious room with all amenities you would expect. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. Parking was 20 dollars for the night. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Location was very close to portside and walking distance from all attractions. Hotel suite was quaint and got the job done, although bed was not very comfortable and air conditioning released moldy smell when it was on. Continental breakfast was simple. Friendly and helpful staff. Good accommodation for the price.

Nice budget hotel. We stayed here for the Montreal Grand Prix, and found it well appointed, well priced and in a great location. Only complaint is the air conditioner was extremely noisy waking us up several times during our stay.

Hotel staff extremely rude. I booked this hotel for my parents-in-law. The guy at the front desk (his name is Rachid or Rachil BTW) was extremely rude to us. He spoke French with a heavy accent, and we couldn't understand exactly what he was saying. Suddenly he became angry, and saying things like "this is the 4th time I'm telling you". Terrible attitude, and disappointed service.
