The hotel is really well kept, seems quite newly built. Rooms are very clean and amazingly quiet, good quality windows. The a/c is also very quiet. The entrance is kind of hidden close to the side of the home Depot building next door. This would have been a 5 star review, but for the room service options. Unlike most Hilton garden inns I have stayed at, they seem to have contacted room service out to the nearby 99 restaurant. I am sure their food is good, but they have zero vegetarian choices, which is a shame as the veggie burger in most Hilton garden inns is really good. Breakfast is standard however, and was excellent.

Nice front staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. No free breakfast though, which is lame. Parking was good. Location was very convienent. Lost a star for not having a generator during the power outages!

I'm a Silver Hilton Honors member, only a few stays away from Gold. This is a good hotel to stay at for either business or leisure. We were in town with our kids, the purpose of our trip was to visit Thomas Land at Edaville Railway. We arrived on 4/16/2018 in the evening at around 8ish PM. The girl at the counter seemed like she didn't want to be there and we didn't feel that warm Hilton welcome we usually feel when staying at the different Hilton brand hotels. We were traveling from New York City and had a long drive up and by the time we arrived we were all starving. We asked the girl that was checking us in for food recommendations as we wanted to order some dinner, she was very vague, didn't have any menus available and told us to use Google. We weren't impressed at all with her vibe. The rest of the week made up for that unwelcoming girl at the desk when we arrived. The rest of the staff was on point and very friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean each day and always had extra towels. Tim at the front desk was super helpful when my wife and I wanted to have a beer and the fridge at the pantry wasn't working properly, he went far and beyond to get us some ice cold ones from a different fridge that was working. He also recommended great local places to eat on water street. Might consider staying here again on my next visit to the area.

Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was pleasant and courteous. I had a great experiences during this visit.

I stayed at this place for work a week during March 2017. I meant to leave a review a couple of months ago. People take pride in their work at the Hilton Garden in in Plymouth, MA. I seriously could not be happier with the staff and service. The hotel staff was incredibly amiable and down to earth. I chatted with them here and there. They were always happy to help you with anything you requested or had questions about. The breakfast as pretty standard, however still fresh and tasty! I ended up forgetting some personal belongings at the hotel. I was almost sure they'd go missing, but no the staff found them and sent them back to me. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
