Be aware when you might need to cancel your membership. They might want to make you pay another annual fee even though you have them more than 30 days notice. Good way to get money!

So far I'm very impressed. This is a no-frills gym set up to accommodate people who want access to a great range of equipment at a super affordable price. There are at least four squat racks upstairs, and four more downstairs with deadlift pads. Weights on racks downstairs are not organized according to any kind of logic, so you might have to hunt for what you need, but it's not a big deal. Also be prepared to haul over any accessory weights you might need below 10lbs; fortunately there is a dedicated stash of them so you don't have to steal them from the benches. Downstairs racks now have mirrors. No chalk allowed, which is a bummer. The rest of the downstairs weight room consists of bench press and other weight training equipment, with an area for stretching and warming up with mirrors. Upstairs there's tons of treadmills in the cardio area. There's a huge astroturf stretch/mobility/crosstraining area with mats for stretching, pullup machines and racks, medicine balls, kettlebells, and hand weights. There's a separate upstairs niche with benches and dumbbells for upper body work. This gym is very spacious and thoughtfully set up to accommodate many kinds of training. Locker areas are clean and new, if a little cozy in their layout. Staff was pleasant and helpful when I spoke with them.
