Staff don’t clean up, mats are left everywhere around the gym, dumbbells and weights are left everywhere around the gym. I understand gym users should be returning things where they belong but staff are just behind the front counter and nothing is being placed away. There is never paper in the cleaning stands as well too. Just not tidy at all.
My name is Sarita Leyva,nPlanet Fitness Galleria Mall is awesome. Amazing facility, top equipment, and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.nHands down, best choice I’ve made for my fitness journey.. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go for workout. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
Planet is a good facility as long as the staff is friendly and welcoming.nMachines are organized, clean and working.nWashrooms could be better cleaned, but members could be less disgusting too - neither a realistic possibility!
I like planet fitness and the price is really affordable but they don’t do group classes or have anything that stands out
Can't even watch the Euro games while working out. Staff said they did not pay their Cable bill. Student allowed to workout for free during summer at the expense of paying customer. It's a battle trying to get a good workout when the facilities is tied up by the mass of students allow in. Poor management.
