As a woman, I always feel I am ripped off at garages, and so this time I thought I had found a reputable place with good reviews. In August, I bought 2 winter tires and had them installed and paid $209 all in. Good. Yes, they were cheapos, but that's what I asked for. Come November, I call to ask if I can replace my remaining 2 old tires with the same ones I bought in August. Yes, I was told, but I had to make an appointment to guarantee they would be in stock, it's busy season for tires. He looked up my purchase from August over the phone. I clarified that I had paid $90 per tire last time, and that these would be the same ones, yes. Well, just now, I was presented with a $290 bill this time around. I asked why, when I had confirmed the price beforehand. They installed different tires. I was given excuses and the guy started to argue with me ("But these are better quality tires!" "My cost is $92 per tire'... OK, regardless, not what I ordered). He couldn't explain why the tires I wanted were not ordered or in stock, or why they installed different tires without notifying me. What could I do, the tires were already installed... He was a 'nice guy' and knocked it down to $248 but I still left feeling bitter and taken for a ride. If you are of the female gender, here's another place to avoid.........

Wasn't even a paying customer and they gave me great service and found a solution for my car problem. Would recommend anyday

My go to mechanics. Honest and fair. Very competent but will tell you the truth regarding a repair being required.

I went there to rent a car for my SAAQ exam and the guy was very impolite. He was talking to his friends on the phone and was completely ignoring me. He took his time on the phone and was swearing in the phone. He was very unprofessional.
