Large store in south end of Barrie where one can purchase any bath / bedding / outdoor / and decor items also found at the store's parent brand, The Bay. Organised, spacious, with some regularly-occurring decent deals. Great staff.

A lot of the good small appliances were gone, if they were ever there. Racks of junk clothes and shoes were all over. It looked like certain items were removed before the sale. There are however deals to be had. I was able to buy a clothes steamer for a good price and a child's humidifier. I was looking for a LG kitchen garbage can and with 50% off they were still $ 80 - $159.00. I also wanted a rolling pin $22.00 after 50% discount and a disk also $22.00. Line up were a bit long at cash but I guess that's to be expected at this sale.

Prices are a little bit high when compared to other stores in the area. They have a lot more variety but you have to consider that most of the items have a very high markup. Watch for sales if you are planning to get something. Often times there area also coupons that you can combine with the items that you are planning on purchasing.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When I approached the checkout three customers were standing around discussing a damaged product, which was fine, aside from the fact that the cashier continued her conversation rather than turning her attention to me, the waiting customer. It took about a minute for her to begin my transaction, without a greeting or even a look in my direction, then with her finger or the button to start the debit machine she paused and turned to continue her conversation about the broken item for almost 2 minutes. The only words she spoke to me were ‘have a good day’. Other than going back to return the item I purchased today, which I discovered was broken when I opened it at home, I will never shop here again.

I had a concern with a customer service experience, and I let them know and they promptly rectified it letting me know they valued my business. Sandra the manager was very gracious and gave me a sampler box of coffee as a token of their sincerity. Very much appreciated.

Spent about four hours at this location with a long laundry list of items to find. After a number of errors on my part we arrived at the register with a request for a complicated four part transaction including a return, a new HBC card, and two sales with add ons to boot. We enjoyed the personal and attentive service of a very professional associate named Helen. She went over and above all possible reasonable service expectations and her attention to detail was very helpful. All staff including Andrea went the extra mile and I would highly recommend this location for all your home decor needs.

Very friendly staff greeted me during my visit. The selection is top notch. They had stock, even though it's a busy season. A clean store and enjoyable shopping experience. Recommended.

Some staff was nice, others were not so much... So much so I left without purchasing anything and won't be back. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and just assume someone is having a bad day, rather then they are just miserable and rude, but I won't be back to find out.

It’s a good store with top quality home stuff but the customer service sucks here I had a bad experience not only once but few times.

It doesn’t surprise me that they’re going out of business was there today stuff that I saw for $90 plus tax I found on Amazon for 70, I think they did exactly what series did mark everything up and then give us all 20% off
