La Senza

This is the best La Senza I've ever been to. The staff are so helpful and friendly and most importantly, they don't hover over you and try to push you to spend money. They provide the right amount of guidance and know how to let people shop. Great experience!

I actually love going to the Polo Park location, the ladys there are so friendly when helping me find my size, color and style for bras and underwear! theyre also polite and fun to talk too when starting up a conversation with them

I was there at La senza- polo park to exchange or return my purchase which i bought 5 days ago but unfortunately i lost tag and the lady name LAURA -the manager was arguing with me that she can't replace that or return that or even i suggest for Store credit but she refuse to do that either. She was behaving so rudely and its look like she don't want to help me. I was very disappointed by that, they can not help me in any ways. On the other side when i was in Toronto and i had a same problem solved by La Sanza. Hopefully after my review, you guys will find some solution. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH LA SANZA- POLO PARK....!!!
