I purchased my Ford Focus over 5 years ago and at the timeI was sold an extended warranty which ended up useless and a waste of money. After 2 years of car ownership, they forgot to do the safety inspection and then was told to bring it back in my next visit in town so they could get it done. As soon as my extended warranty was finished, I took my car into a local service station and I was told there were major problems with my front wheels berrings!took it back to the dealer,they checked it and said no problem there. Last week,I called the dealership(Hollis ford) to get my winter tires changed. They abruptly told me they had no time for another week or so. Today, another problem with my Ford Focus, so called Hollis Ford and tried to explain my present car problem Again, the guy from the service department abruptly cut me off by saying «  well, I can’t do anything about your car. You will have to have it towed in here and then it will be one week before we have time to look at it »this is very POOR SERVICE!I will not be returning there to purchase a NEW CAR,!

I've purchased several vehicles here. Sales associates are pleasant and always available to assist. I find that the mechanics are not thorough enough and the labour charges high. You pay for everything except fresh popcorn and coffee. A very nice waiting room and an area for laptop and WiFi connection.

If I could leave a 0 I would of. I was reached by an employee there because they seen me comment on macs autodealership and they seen it and reached out on facebook asking if i was looking for a vechile. I had told him i dont have great credit, and am NOT looking for something brand new i would not be approved, just something affordable to get me back and worth to work. He also was going to get back to me with options about rebuilding credit since it was his department. Well he never even messaged me back, and I recieved a denied credit application that hollis out through, and for a 2017 NEW FORD FOCUS SEL..again BRAND NEW vechile. I just found that so low and desperate on there behalf. Number one I was just looking for info, and NOT on something NEW and I have all the messages and texts clearly stating that. and I guess since he couldnt make a sale im assuming, he never even bothered to get back to me. Shows how greedy desperate they are and that they dont care to help people, just about the paycheck. On another not Mark from macs has helped me SOO much, and has been in constant contact with me, and so caring. AND got me approved for just a little over $100.00 every pay check, someone with awful credit , single mom trying to pay of debt and rebuild credit Im so happy with that price and can not wait for my vechile, which is a mazda sport hatchback, way nicer then I thought i could get. If your looking for used, or dont have great credit DO not waste your time with these guys.

Hi Rob, Sorry for the delayed reply. Wanted to drive the Focus for a while as I haven't had a car since 1988, all mini vans. This is my first car since then and first Ford. Well other than my 1930 Model A Ford I've had for 26 yrs. Wanted to thank you for the time you spent with us when buying the Focus. Had it to Waverly last night the longest trip since getting the car. Short trip and town driving gives really good milage. Very comfortable seats and Jean likes the heated seats, in fact it's her favorite feature on the Focus. Friends mentioned the nice precise handling and tightness of the suspension, no knocks, squeeze, or rattles anywhere. So if anyone needs a car see Rob Maclellan at Hollis Ford.
