Had an awesome first car-buying experience here! I appreciated the low-pressure sales techniques, and everyone was very helpful when it came to answering my many questions about financing. Zack's has the best price, value, and financing in town by far, and I left feeling like I got a great deal for my 2012 Honda Civic. Super friendly and helpful staff as well! I'd definitely recommend Zack's to anyone looking for a low-stress car buying experience.

Zacks was fantastic to deal with. Dave and Donnie went above and beyond to make sure our experience was smooth and painless. My family has dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and this one is the best by far.

Great selection of inventory coupled with a courteous, knowledgeable, staff! Especially Mackie, he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Zack's now (with good reason) and we will definitely be back in about 5 years ;)

Just got a 13 civic from these guys a week and a half ago and was told if i had any problems at all to give them a call. Not even a week after i got it my tire blew and chipped the rim and when i called all they said was it must of been your fault and said sorry and that was all.. do not buy from these guys. They only have a good review because they offer a free oil change for a 5 star google review

The best used car dealer that i have ever dealt with. Great selection of cars to choose from and no pressure from staff. Donnie was able to get me an awesome interest rate that was not available any where else in town. Travis helped me narrow down my selection and found the car that i needed. If you are looking for a used car I highly recommend going to Zacks first. Don't waste your time at the other dealers.
