Gary Shea built Cars R Us to be the largest pre-owned used car dealer in the Maritimes. With over 30 years of industry experience to offer you. The management and staff of Cars R Us understands that the foundation of success is built on offering customer service that is second to none. With every passing year we have grown and accomplished new heights. In our early years we carried a very small inventory, less than 20 cars! Today we offer a selection of over 150 pre-owned quality vehicles to choose from. I am extremely disappointed in the clearance centre. We bought a used car on Saturday not being told there wouldn’t even be a 30 day warranty 

The very next day the car wouldn’t start. We tried contacting this company and were told we were on our own. One day after the purchase

The car looked great but I suspect that was there intent all along 

I will never recommend this company to anyone I know and I will make certain that everyone knows of our plight

I couldn’t give no stars , as then it wouldn’t let me leave a review

So I am adding to my review after having the car towed and repaired at a cost of$200. We still haven’t heard from anyone at this company. And that’s fine. I hadn’t expected to considering that we hadn’t heard anything in the days immediately following the purchase. Now after 3 weeks the rear brakes have gone on the car and we are now looking into who does the safety inspections on their vehicles

I have my vehicle looked after by Major Discount who by the way are awesome. Their technicians can tell me that I am going to need brakes within a 6 month period but whoever Cars r Us use apparently pass vehicles without knowing or caring that the vehicle will need work done at all

Who passes a vehicle when within 3 weeks the brakes have to be replaced?  I will be  contacting whoever I can to lay a complaint about this company and their mechanics

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Cars R Us Sackville. This recent purchase was for my mother. I have been a licensed mechanic for the last 15 years so I tend to do my homework before I buy. They have the best deals in the Maritimes for pre owned vehicles. They’re not selling junk. Everything on the lot is good quality or it wouldn't be there. There's no shady sales pitch just honest people who want you to drive away happy. If your not happy then go back and let them know. The service doesn't stop once you drive off the lot. Big shout out to Reg, Shawn and the whole team over at Cars R Us Sackville!

Cars R Us is awesome. Unfortunately I had gone elsewhere to buy my car. Their service dept is my go to place. Have been treated professional and they are friendly too. They explain in every day terms as to what is happening to your car and what needs to be done. I appreciate this as a female.

Please, if you are ever on the market to purchase a vehicle, visit Cars R Us in Sackville.  You will NOT be disappointed.  The friendly customer service goes above and beyond; the non-intrusive, kind and helpful sales staff (hi Tony) do not insert any pressure - only there to provide answers about their 'high quality' vehicles.  In  applying for financing, Jennifer got us a fantastic deal, and then took it even further to get us the best deal!  She was amazing.  Everything about our purchase was seamless and truly a fun and exciting experience.  I will never go anywhere else.  PS:  the management/owners are kind and generous beyond belief.  They are ALWAYS there to give back to the community, and to other communities, and they couldn't be any lovelier people.  We HIGHLY recommend Cars R Us in Sackville.

Never before have I rec'd such fast & efficient service. Totally awesome....now if I could just get Tony to remember my floor mats for the car!!  Wonderful staff.
