Very nice place...the rooms were fantastic! Beds were very comfortable. And the staff was very understanding and helpful when I had an issue, not with them, but with something personal. They were great. The room had everything we could need....and finding it was so easy. Which we appreciated since we have never been to Enfield before. Thanks guys!

Checked in on 8/26/2017. Taking my family on a little get a way to Six Flags and found a package for this Holiday Inn. We really wanted adjoining rooms so we could all hang together. We arrived early so we could leave one of our cars and head to the park. I went to the front desk where there was a kind lady Cynthia behind the counter assisting a customer that was clearly having a bit of trouble. Standing patiently as she took what seemed like a stressful transaction without any trouble. This to me was a great display of wonderful customer service. I was able to ask for the adjoining rooms early and even though she couldn't guarantee that would happen she tried. I was very happy and went about my day at he park. I returned before the shift change and was again greeted by Cynthia and a few others. Customer service at its finest... We did end up with the adjoining rooms and the day was made. The kids enjoyed the pool area very much. Clean nice rooms with everything one could need on an overnight. This is definitely a great place to stay.

This was a nice hotel but I was expecting a little more for the price a paid. $150 a night and I was given an accessible room even though I didn't need it. I thought it was weird because those rooms should be saved for people who need them. Plus it was really difficult for me to take a shower in the accessible shower. They also gave me the wrong room number and so I had to carry all my stuff back and forth to the front desk twice. Although the manager was very kind.

Staff are quite pleasant. No hot water for showers(6 people with 3 rooms rented) on the second morning started the day poorly. Room booking issue. Paying extra for the inclusive breakfast was not at all worthwhile. Stayed two nights and payed extra for breakfast for both days but the food was so bad that the second morning we found a local diner. Beds and cleanliness were "OK".

The room was great and the staff are very friendly! The building and decor are a little dated but everything was well maintained and very clean. The restaurant has a decent menu too!
